Fascinating and Thought-Provoking Days at Lake Como: Summer School on Constitutional Crises

Between lectures and discussions on constitutional crises, I had the opportunity to present my research, “Tort Law as a Remedy for Terrorism” – on tort law as a non-violent legal tool for confronting global threats and terrorism.

The scenery of the lake and the exchange of ideas with colleagues from around the world made the week especially enriching. Many thanks to the organizers for the hospitality, and to the researchers who made the discussions so meaningful.
